Epic Games has officially announced that players who purchase the Battle Bundle for Chapter 6 Season 3 of Fortnite will receive early access to the game’s brand-new Superman skin, tied to James Gunn’s upcoming Superman film, set to release on July 11.
This season, following the explosive finale of the Galactic Battle mini-season—which culminated in players sabotaging the Death Star in a live event—Fortnite has shifted gears into full superhero mode. The Chapter 6 Season 3 Battle Pass features a lineup of legendary DC icons including Superman and Robin, along with original, hero-themed skins exclusive to the season.
For the first time, the Battle Bundle—traditionally a 1,800 V-Buck upgrade that grants 25 bonus levels—will now unlock the new Superman skin ahead of schedule, bypassing the traditional wait for the July 11 quest unlock date. This gives Battle Bundle owners an exclusive early preview of the skin, months before standard pass holders.
Epic Games has also introduced a new gameplay system called Hero Ranks, enabling players to power up in-match and unlock Hero Caches with progressively stronger loot. The update adds another layer of strategy and customization to Fortnite’s fast-paced battle royale gameplay.
