Guests were wowed by over 60 immersive exhibits, including optical illusions, gravity-defying rooms, and kaleidoscopic installations. There were gasps, laughter, and an avalanche of selfies as attendees explored a world designed to bend minds and boggle senses.
“This is not your typical museum experience,” said Mark Collie, owner of the Museum of Illusions South Africa. “It’s playful, curious, hands-on, and unforgettable. The response to our launch has been phenomenal—Cape Town really showed up, and the energy was off the charts. We can already tell the city is going to fall in love with this space.”
