CINEWAV Silent Cinema and Dining Comes to The Collective in Hout Bay

Hout Bay’s cultural scene is getting a fresh and exciting addition with an innovative outdoor movie experience at The Collective. Every Saturday evening, movie lovers can gather for a unique silent cinema experience powered by CINEWAV, a cutting-edge technology that lets audiences hear the film’s audio through their own devices and headphones.

Hosted by Mobile Cinema Africa in partnership with The Collective, this weekly event transforms traditional movie nights into an immersive experience under the stars.

What is CINEWAV and How Does It Work?

CINEWAV is a revolutionary piece of technology that eliminates background noise, ensuring crystal-clear audio without distortion. Instead of conventional speakers, viewers tune in via the CINEWAV app, providing an uninterrupted, high-quality sound experience. Attendees can bring their own headphones or rent a pair at the venue.

This technology is the perfect complement to the stunning Hout Bay location and the delicious dining options at The Collective.
